Returns/ refund Policy
No refunds will be giving unless I have complete pictures of any damages and where it is coming from on the entire cup and the cup is not usable at all due to serious damage.
A replacement will always be offered if the cup is defective.
If a parcel has been damaged in transit please email me as soon as possible with all pictures and anything broken as you will be able to make a claim to Royal Mail for damages as parcels are insured and we can go through this together on how to do this.
If you are wanting to return an item for me to fix and check over myself please request this but you will only be refunded the amount of the cup and not the postage if the cup is not in a condition to be fixed.
